Coloured windows

There are more standard colour options now then there have ever been. Once you could choose just white, orange tinted oak or dark mahogany – with us you can have any colour.

How do manufacturers make coloured windows?

The manufacturers start with a white window and then they glue on a thin wrap which is coloured. These are known as foiled windows and they have been in existence for many years. The process means that you are limited to a handful of colours, nearly all with a woodgrain effect.

At Suffolk Windows and Doors we can supply new windows and doors in any colour. Our windows undergo a colouring process with Colourchange UPVC. The colour bonding technology used by Colourchange UPVC provides a hardwearing, guaranteed colour finish in either matt, gloss or semi gloss and it is guaranteed for 10 years.

If you are looking for a unique appearance for your property, installing a carefully selected colour can increase the kerb appeal and value of your home.
